purchased from our www.haul.com.au online store come with a 45 day
Satisfaction Guarantee. If the haul bag/accessory you ordered is not
quite what you had in mind, you can return the product for an exchange
or a refund on the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 45 days
from the date of purchase.
All
returned products need to be in perfect unused condition, complete with
original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Should the product
not be in original condition, please contact haul before returning it
as this may save you some unnecessary costs. There is a $10.00 service
and repacking charge for any returned items which are returned without
original swing tags and/or missing bag componentry.
We
recommend that you return your unwanted product using registered post
or trackable courier. We will not be held responsible if returned items
are lost in transit. If we don't receive it back we can't refund you.
The 45
Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not applicable to bulk orders (orders
greater than 10 products). Specific guarantees will be stated at the
time of enquiry for bulk orders.
